public transportation great location comfy bed faulty air conditioning slamming door
The location was great. It was really close to public transportation. i found the room amenities to be good and clean. the bed was also very comfy.
The air conditioning didn't work very well, even set to the lowest temperature. the doors slammed often. It was very disruptive.

great location metro station polite staff good breakfast malfunctioning key card blocked shower poor air conditioning
the location is superb, near the aldgate metro station. it made accessing other areas very simple. the staff was polite. the room included adequate space. a good breakfast option was available each morning.
my room key card didn't work. i had to travel to get it fixed. the shower was blocked causing the bathroom to flood. it wasn't what i expected. the air conditioning did not work well. i set it low. it was still warm.

small room scratched furnishings
The room was small (i had a superior towre hyll king). the furnishings seemed scratched, like they needed replacement. the elevators were quite slow. At least one was always out of service, requiring me to take the stairs to avoid long waits.

the aldgate station access was convenient. i found several eating places just across the street. a tesco mart was also a short walk (about 5 minutes) away.
the tv had limited facilities. it lacked smart tv channels, which i expect in a modern hotel.

faulty wardrobe annoying light
the hotel location was acceptable, right next to the underground entrance.
My room did not match the description i saw online. the wardrobe was faulty. It would not stay shut. the motion sensor activated the wardrobe light whenever i moved in bed, annoying.

convenient location clean room great service
the location near aldgate station was very convenient. the underground was conveniently next door. the room was very clean, and the service was great. they have face cloths and conditioners, i loved it.
the roof top bar had low standard, with music too loud and unfriendly staff.
